Company OverviewDiDi Global Inc. is a leading mobility technology platform offering ride‑hailing, delivery, and financial services worldwide. Role OverviewAs CX Governance Analyst, you will partner with CX Senior Leadership and Global Governance to align strategy, drive key projects, and support execution improvements. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport OKR and project target setting across CX governance. Benchmark opportunities and implement efficiency initiatives. Facilitate strategic planning, research, and cross‑validation of stakeholder OKRs. Coordinate project execution, monitor progress, and escape risks. Maintain CX Governance calendar, performance reviews, and communication of insights. Track and assure delivery of initiatives, deliver OKR results. QualificationsExperience in consulting, strategic planning, PMO or tech industry. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and writing skills. Self‑starter, multitask, and proactive approach. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Data‑driven mindset and analytical skill to track KPIs. Fluent in English; daily interaction with stakeholders in Brazil and Mexico.
