Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families.**About the role**We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global/Local Payroll and Benefits Analyst to join our People team. You’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating payroll processes across multiple countries—with a strong focus on Brazil—and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations such as CLT, tax laws, and social security contributions.This is a strategic and hands-on role that supports our operations, working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and People teams in the U.S. and Brazil.**Responsibilities**- First point of contact for HR consulting and guidance throughout the organization.- Implement and maintain HR best practices.- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy including due diligence, project management, implementation, change management, communication and roll-out.- Expert listening skills and ability to diagnose organizational opportunities within supported business group using strategic HR influence skills and leveraging HR functional area support.- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.- Interpret policy and applicable employment legislation as needed.- Advise managers and supervisors on best employee relations practices and strategies for managing- supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed.- Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.- Ensure compliance with all laws, policies and regulations.- Maintain HR documentation such as HR templates & forms- Perform administration and other duties outside their scope of work as assigned and required.**Requisitos**:- Great communication skills (verbal and written)- Fluent in English and Portuguese- BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred- Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail- Practical knowledge of operations, company policies and government regulations- Exceptional prioritization & organizational skills with an ability to work independently in a fast paced,- changing environment- Experience with HCM platforms**Nice to have**- Experience with payroll and benefits practices in the U.S. or other LATAM countries.- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and payroll tools like Rippling, Deel, Factorial etc.Benefícios- On-site in Joinville, SC- Health and dental plan- Paid vacation- Holidays off- Parental Leave- Wedding Leave- Flash card (supermarket and restaurants)- Total Pass- Clude Saúde- Annual bonus based on both company and individual performance- Eligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan)
