Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families. **About the role** The Compliance Analyst ensures compliance with safety standards, supports drivers, and maintains regulatory adherence. **Responsibilities** - Ensure drivers meet company and DOT compliance standards. - Handle post-accident documentation and drug/alcohol tests. - Review driver violations and submit necessary documentation. - Respond to safety tickets and driver inquiries. - Maintain and submit all regulatory documents on time. **Qualifications** - Fluent in English and Spanish. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Experience in the trucking industry is a plus. **Extra information and benefits** - On-site in Joinville, SC - Health and dental plan - Paid vacation - Holidays off - Parental Leave - Wedding Leave - Flash card (supermarket and restaurants) - Total Pass - Clude Saúde - Annual bonus based on both company and individual performance - Eligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: R$4,000.00 - R$5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Joinville - SC 89221: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Safety/Compliance Analyst (preferred) **Language**: - English (required) - Spanish (preferred)
