**Informações da vaga**:Indústria**Mineração*****Categoria**mining & metals*****Cidade**Rio de Janeiro*****Estado/Província**Rio de Janeiro*******Brasil*****CEP/Código postal** *******Descrição da vaga**:- INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES- Preparation of analyses and comments on the performance of operations in Brazil, as well as macro-economic synopses and monitoring of financial indicators that affect the business in Brazil to inform the Matrix abroad and the management group in Brazil.- Responsible for the analysis and business plans for monitoring the JVs, producing financial modeling, notes, comments, scenarios analysis, variations and management reports.- Support with creation, development and management of the Brazil JVs strategy plan and valuation related analyses, where they are stored all accounting data, financial, operational, raw materials purchasing, manufacturing costs, sales and development taxes, maintenance, and improvement of models for the projection of electricity costs, cost of raw materials, working capital, labor, overhead, loans and tax burden. It aims to provide an integrated view of all business areas in one platform, generating reports and management information to meet the Division's needs and the various executive committees, serving as a tool for decision making- Facilitator for all Brazil Aluminum Business Plan activities from the planning cycle and coordination of yearly BP strategic reviews- Interface with Australia preparing analyses of macroeconomic, comments, ratings and the impacts of this scenario in activities such as: cost, profit, cash flow, currency exposure, impact of tax legislation, various risks, in order to monitor the adhesion of the operation in Brazil to international standards group- Development of financial modeling, risk assessment and economic feasibility of projects, purchase of businesses, assets, swap and other businesses aimed at the constant improvement of the profile of the portfolio of the Group of business in Brazil.- Preparation and maintenance of LoOP valuation model (RSM) and provide analytical support on ad-hoc valuation projects- Committees’ participation to support Brazil Aluminum in the JVs Management- Responsible for Brazil Aluminum Purchase Requisition process for key raw material: Bauxite, Caustic Soda, Flocculant, Coal, and Demurrage among other minor.QUALIFICATIONS- Finance or Engineering related Degree- Financial modelling and project evaluation, statistics, MS-Excel, database administration, valuation of investments, basic knowledge of income tax, indirect tax, accounting, international accounting principles, balance sheet analysis, cash flows and results and SAP.- Articulated- Team management and team building skills.- Hands-on- Focus in results- Effective organizational skills- Constructive engagement approach- Able to work under pressure and tight timeframes- Can think strategically- Self-motivated
