Corporate Communications Manager Latam

**What You’ll Do for Us**:- Support the Latin America Communications Strategy in creating, developing and implementing external corporate communications, reputation strategies, and campaigns.- Lead communication agencies (corporate comms and digital) and support the operations on management, content planning, tracking and measurement vs key OKRs.- Lead communications’ strategy of Aliados and strategic partners including bottling partners.- Plan and implement 360 narrative-driven proactive communications on our corporate impact and sustainability, including water, world without waste and economic empowerment.- Coordination and alignment with the Bottler´s Communications Teams focused on enhancing our business reputation, further our growth and maximize our joint influence on our business environment.- Goals and/or strategies focus on both short-term and mid-term priorities, leveraging data and insights.- Drive a strategy and its execution to leverage our spokespersons as key for corporate reputation.**Qualifications & Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field- +5 Years of relevant experience, ideally in FMCG, Tech industry in similar roles with responsibility in communications, stakeholder management and sustainability.- Demonstrate experience adapting and developing new strategies for communications.- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate in a consumer-oriented way to drive tangible business actions.- Ability to demonstrate broad expertise in strategic communication plans, experience with stakeholder management, media, digital or social media, speechwriting or social media skills, demonstrated experience in driving agreement within an organization.- Strong collaboration with other areas of the business and the ability to operate in a network are required.- Lead communicator with ability to influence leaders on best way to drive messages to employees, and ability to develop and amplify a narrative.- Internal communicator to build consensus, ensure alignment and buy-in from key internal stakeholders.- Fluent in written and spoken English**What We Can Do For You**:- ** Growth Culture**:Opportunity to work with and learn from all members of the team to support your career growth and development.- **Compensation & Benefits**:Competitive benefits package that start on day one of employment.- ** Flexible Time**:As a company we support collaboration, getting work done effectively and providing employees with the flexibility they need on an individual basis.- ** Global Connections**:Allows you to develop, enhance and maintain global connections that allow us to act faster and learn from people all over the world.- ** Belonging to a Community**:We are an Organization that believes in our ability to continually grow and build the right atmosphere where people feel safe and empowered, allowing everyone to bring their best to work.**Skills**User Experience (UX); Social Media; Press Releases; Speech Writing; Community Outreach; Media Relations; Executive Communications; Digital Content; Public Relations (PR); Agency Relationship Management; Data Analytics; Strategic Communication Management; Digital Communications; Public Policies; Sustainability Communications; Business CommunicationsPay Range Not Available
