Employer Industry: Credit Reporting and Data Analytics Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $160,000.00 Eligible for sales incentive compensation program Comprehensive compensation and healthcare packages, including 401k matching and paid time off Opportunities for organizational growth through an online learning platform with guided career tracks Ability to work remotely from various states across the U.S. Collaborate and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic team environment What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Drive revenue growth through targeted partnerships and strategic management of key relationships Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate commercial strategies into executable plans Develop and lead operational reviews, updates, and steering committee meetings with senior stakeholders Create and manage various reporting packages, including financial and program health reporting Partner with leadership to develop annual budgets and business plans for third-party partnerships What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience leading large programs across corporate functions Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering results for complex growth initiatives with cross-functional teams Minimum of 5 years of experience working with sales teams Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience with comparable commercial solutions is strongly preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Advanced degree Proven ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders Strong capability to manage competing priorities effectively Experience operating within a highly matrixed organization in a fast-paced environment Ability to endorse and sponsor change initiatives while seeking best practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
