Position Description: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive orchestration and automated billing initiatives for our Finance Solutions & Trade Credit platforms. You will work with a cross-functional team responsible for delivering our next-generation credit platform to some of the leading brands across Latin America. Collaboration with stakeholders from engineering, data science, analytics, and senior leadership is essential. We seek someone with a passion for simple, insightful solutions and creating a big impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product roadmap for a cross-functional development team.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive backlog to deliver on the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with tech leads; gather market input and competitive intelligence to update the backlog.
  • Create brief scope documents for development teams.
  • Work with business teams across multiple geographies and product managers to build business cases, set strategies, and define requirements and timelines.
  • Communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, and change control to senior management regularly.
  • Drive activation and renewal strategies to meet customer requirements and support sales teams in communicating key value propositions.
  • Ship quickly and frequently with a focus on customer success.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product experience, including strategy, development, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with microservices/API products, payment gateways, billing workflows, or ERPs.
  • 3+ years in internet, e-commerce, SaaS, cloud software, or financial services companies.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong desire to discover and deliver the whole product experience.
  • Leadership skills to motivate teams and make tough decisions amid ambiguity.
  • Technical understanding of software development and operation.
  • Ability to coordinate projects across technical, marketing, and design teams.
  • Experience working with sales teams to identify customer needs and deliver solutions.
  • Extensive project management skills in an agile environment.
  • Comfort working with remote teams.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Details:

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: R$10,000.00 - R$14,000.00 per month
