We are a collective of creatives who come together every day to work towards the same goal: brand growth.Required Skills & QualificationsA working level of spoken and written EnglishProven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, mac OS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.Experience with endpoint management, Saa S administration, and automation tools.Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, VPNs, patch management, and incident response.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical users.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).Certifications such as Comp TIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, mac OS, and mobile devices.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other Saa S platforms.Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management (e.g., Teamwork, Click Up, Asana, Monday), internal tool builders, and AI-driven solutions.Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.Conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.Support cybersecurity initiatives, including employee security awareness training and incident response.Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.Our operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST.Ready for the ride of your life?
