**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure all parties are up to date with project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve problems.
- Complete project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Prepare status reports, collecting, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
- Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
- Facilitate the communication of changes, ensuring that information reaches those involved, without impacting the schedule and/or budget.
- Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as necessary to enable successful implementation and delivery of the process or system to customers. Identify and develop new opportunities with customers.
- Obtain client acceptance of project deliverables
- Manage customer satisfaction during the project transition period.
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Monitor ERP projects.
**Required skills**:
- Solid and proven experience in complex project management (construction, IT or ERP project manager), team leadership and budget management.
- Knowledge of management methodologies and techniques, budgetary procedures, resource allocation, understanding objectives and ERP implementation.
**Training**:
- Higher education in related areas, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification will be an advantage.
- Fluent English required
