Who We’re Looking For

We're seeking an Account Manager with experience in the SynGas Industry (Ammonia, Methanol and Hydrogen) and/or Sulfur, with solid understanding of catalytic processes, to join our Commercial Team. This role involves managing existing accounts and new leads/prospects in the region, with a focus on catalysis, decarbonization technologies and new businesses.

As a member of our team, you'll develop and execute account plans that align with customers' goals and objectives, positioning Topsoe as a strategic partner. You'll monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, and negotiate contracts and agreements in collaboration with technical and commercial teams to provide solutions and support to customers.
This position will be located at our office in Martinez (GBA), Argentina.

What You’ll Bring

We're looking for a team player who thrives in cross-cultural contexts and has a proactive, can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the SynGas Industry (Ammonia, Methanol and Hydrogen) and/or Sulfur, with a solid understanding of catalytic processes and energy transition.
  3. A proven track record of complex sales and account management, with the ability to create value and grow businesses profitably.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders at multiple levels.
  5. A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to a dynamic market.
  6. A high level of commitment to the company’s values, policies, objectives, and goals.
  7. Permanent residence close to the office, and the availability to travel within Argentina and Latin America.
  8. Fluency in English, verbal and written. Portuguese is desirable.
