**Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a full-time remote position. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our inside sales activities and lead generation efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, initiate contact, and nurture relationships to drive sales. **Required Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills: • Conduct effective cold calling to identify and qualify potential clients • Develop strong communication skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services • Build meaningful relationships with prospective clients through follow-ups and relationship-building activities • Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to achieve sales targets • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities in our CRM system **Benefits** We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward consistent effort and exceptional performance. Our benefits include: • Base Salary: $300 per month • Commission: 15% of Revenue Generated • Performance Fee: $10-25 per qualified sales call generated Our compensation structure ensures that you have a stable base income while also providing the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings based on your success in generating qualified leads. **Career Growth Opportunities** There is significant room for growth as an SDR/Cold Caller at our company. You could advance to become a Sales Development Manager and lead teams based on your experience and performance.
