A área de commercial excellence da Zak é responsável pela estruturação e reporte de KPI's da esteira de vendas para todos os níveis da empresa, sendo responsável pela elaboração de apresentações e dashboards. Também está no escopo do time a estruturação de controles e processo para a melhora da eficiência do time comercial como um todo.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**:
- Elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.
- Relatórios de produtividade da equipe.
- Relatórios de desempenho.
- Definição de metas.
- Ajustes em processos e configurações de sistemas, monitoramento de erros e criação de relatórios na interface HubSpot
- Definição e ajustes em processos diários das regionais.
- Avaliação da performance dos executivos do Comercial.
- Atuação junto à força de vendas para otimização de processos comerciais.
**Requisitos e qualificações**:
- Superior completo;
- Inglês
- Conhecimento em análise de dados, estatística, SQL, Office.
