**Position Description**
We are currently looking for a **Commercial Excellence Analyst**to join our Commercial Excellence team in our Sao Paulo office **(hybrid model).**

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Sales Forecast**: Prepare sales forecast reports for Latin America, Brazil and by salesperson.
- **Performance Reports**: Create YTD (year to date) and risk and opportunity reports for the region.
- **Market Analysis**: Develop reports based on ABCV and CBDL market research.
- **Preparing Presentations**: Compile information for the presentation of the Latin American QBR (Quarter Business Review).
- **Commission Management**: Calculating and reporting on commissions for salespeople and distributors in Brazil.
- **Decision-making Support**: Assisting in the collection of sales and product data, collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- **Data Quality**: Ensure data quality in systems such as BW and SalesForce, carrying out analysis and training.

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or Marketing. Postgraduate degree in related areas is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing and finance.
- Experience with CRM tools (such as Sales Force), data processing and indicator management.
- Advanced knowledge of tools for analyzing and processing data (Excel and Power BI), intermediate knowledge of CRM tools and processes.
- Specific knowledge of SFDC, SAP, Excel and PowerBI (a plus).
- Knowledge of English and Spanish at an advanced level (mandatory)
- Analytical thinking, proactivity, sense of urgency, organization, ability to deal with people, planning and control.
