Multinational, consumer goods company – SP/SPWe are looking for someone who will manage sales intelligently and efficiently with the aligned application of techniques in Commercial Strength, Product Technology and Customer Portfolio.The mission will be supporting the business units with customized commercial, financial and market analyzes that generate competitive advantage, maintaining constant alignment with the heads of the BUs and the company's Senior Leadership to direct actions to improve commercial performance.This professional will be part of the company's Strategic Committee, contributing to commercial policies and bringing solutions for efficient sales management.He / She Will monitor market data to analyze opportunities in the business and direct the team to support the guidelines of the Company's Senior Leadership.Strong experience in strategy, planning and commercial operations is mandatory.It can be someone who has worked in Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing.Analysis of the need for changes in business management due to changes in consumer behavior is also required.Evaluation of results by region and analysis/improvement of the resources used, aiming at their optimization are part of this mission as well as supply management aimed at efficiency and cost reduction.Mastery of indicators and market bases and data for analyzing indicators in the consumer industry is also an important topicThe professional will direct and support the team in the development of systems, dashboards and automation in the area.Graduated in good universities with specializations and fluency in english language are mandatory.
