Goal of the role Ensure Inner Circle's São Paulo office operates as a reliable and energizing base, enabling the Marketing team to focus on growth while operations run smoothly behind the scenes. Result areas Well-run office environment - A welcoming and functional workplace where the team has everything they need to perform. Seamless marketing operations - Logistics and suppliers coordinated efficiently so the Marketing team can execute with focus. Efficient financial coordination - Local vendors and invoices handled reliably, aligned with headquarters finance. Must-have Degree or proven experience in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or related areas. Advanced English (to communicate with our headquarters). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, solution-oriented, and reliable. Ability to multitask and support different areas simultaneously.
