**Role**This function is mainly in charge of supporting the company throughout the regions with a strong relationship with US, by controlling the Latam marketing campaigns, industry preparation and campaign execution, which includes strategic and tactical plan to increase penetration inside new places, by delivering need and sales targets.We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-oriented person to join our team in Latin America. This is a newly created multifaceted role with scope to grow. You will focus on campaigns and projects that deliver both short term brand awareness growth and long term brand affinity and campaign management.**Responsibility**Share all the briefings with all segment teams and inputs specific requirements for Demand Gen Execution teamDrives innovation to take advantage of new features/ capabilitiesDesign end-to-end journeys and multichannel campaigns (always-on and full funnel campaigns) aligning to customer pain points and business prioritiesCreates and drives omnichannel campaign plans in alignment with business prioritiesDesigns customer nurture journeys, onboarding and retention programsOwns end-to-end campaign operationsDevelop marketing plans and manage media budgets to maximize effectiveness.Develop internal and external media and creative briefs for campaigns, product launches, and other projects.Work cross-functionally with other marketing teams and other marketing partners to build the brand and deepen customer engagement.Analyze and reportDevelop a deep understanding of customer mindsets, attitudes, & behaviors.Leading and Supervising Campaign and Planning TeamDay-to-day decision making upon strategiesTake responsibility for the management of the agency hours and the new build marketingDepartment budget ManagementNeeds to work in a flexible setting with many reporting lines.Execution of the brand new constructed strategy to allow for the objectives completion.**Requirements**:Business knowledge (region/ segment)Digital experienceAnalytical approachProject managementGreat relationship and folks skills experience in dealing with multiple internal as well as outside stakeholders.Concise and clear communication and management skills.High attention to detail.Good comprehension of the Principles of Marketing.Channel Marketing.4+ years of work experience in a similar position.Experience working with large cross functional teams across multiple locations.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.The ability to work well with others, build trust within a team, and work effectively in a highly collaborative and global team environment.Strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects (and associated stakeholders) simultaneously.Experience in B2B, B2C and e-CommerceAdvanced English and Spanish**#LI-ML1#**:Do you want to be part of a team helping re-invent the way knowledge professionals work?
