Overview:
The Campaign Management Senior is in charge of planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for Zebra’s product portfolio within a specified market or region. Responsible for developing and improving our relationship with customers, this role incorporates campaign architecture, activation, analysis, and measurement in the context of a strong knowledge of Zebra’s customers and prospects buyer’s journey and channel preferences.
**Responsibilities**:
This job will project manage the delivery of inbound and outbound elements appropriate to the achievement of the strategic goals. Responsibilities of this role include:
- Creating excellent customer journeys and experiences across our digital touchpoints
- Media planning, activation, reporting and ongoing analysis and optimization
- Paid and organic social media development and management including social posting, listening and responding
- Strategic direction and support with ecommerce platforms
- Ongoing nurture strategy and implementation
- Creating enhanced efficiency in the development and execution of our campaigns
- Measurement, reporting, and communication on campaigns
- Management of suppliers in relation to ongoing projects
- Being a “go to” digital advocate - educating marketing and wider teams on key website journeys and their performance
- Partnering with global colleagues to aid development and delivery of global campaign content
- Making microsite/campaign page updates and working with the web team to make web updates and merchandise campaign content
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree- 5+ years experience in digital marketing and/or campaign managementExperienced facilitator and campaign manager- Attention to detail, accuracy and quality- Hands-on-Approach to project delivery; can do attitude- Ability to implement digital marketing campaigns with an implement, test, and measure mindset- Test and implement communication funnels and marketing Automation: Experience of Eloqua and SalesForce beneficial- Strong analytical skills- Strong interpersonal skills- Copywriting skills, preferred, but not essential- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas- Understanding of complex organizational structures- Operational budget management experience- Resilience, focus, and positivity including the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Knowledge of web analytics - Adobe / Google
