Job Description Key Responsibilities May Include: Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring alignment with CHEP’s business strategy and delivering on revenue growth and satisfaction targets. Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic account plans, with a focus on growth opportunities and cost-efficiency improvements. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms meet customer needs while supporting business objectives. Conduct customer business reviews, addressing customer concerns and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. Monitor and report on account performance, including customer satisfaction metrics, and develop plans to address areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to drive collaboration and enhance supply chain efficiency. Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline. Lead customer retention initiatives, working with customers to provide solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Gestão Estratégica Monitorar a saúde das contas atribuídas através de indicadores de desempenho (Account Health) Manter elevado e permanente, o relacionamento estratégico com o tomador de decisão/influenciador dos clientes. Realizar reuniões periódicas de business review apresentando os indicadores de gestão de contas. Gestão estratégica de preço, rentabilidade e fluxo de pagamentos, garantido o alinhamento da performance financeira das contas com as expectativas da companhia. Coordenar treinamentos e capacitações com os clientes da carteira Garantir a satisfação do cliente e a eficiência da sua cadeia de suprimentos no que se refere a pallets Negociação e Desenvolvimento de Negócios Identificar riscos e oportunidades de negócios e sinergias em projetos colaborativos com clientes e/ou seus parceiros (inbounds, transporte colaborativo, exportações, expansão de rede, produtividade logística). Apresentar soluções alinhadas aos desafios dos clientes, com foco em sustentabilidade, eficiência operacional e redução de custos. Executar a gestão contratual, garantindo o cumprimento de todas as suas cláusulas, de forma a assegurar rentabilidade das contas e cumprimento das metas. Colaboração Multifuncional Trabalhar em sinergia com equipes internas (operações, finanças, marketing) para assegurar entregas excepcionais aos clientes. Dar suporte às equipes de gestão de ativos no planejamento e execução de inventários, bem como assegurar o ressarcimento de perdas sobre ativos, caso ocorram. Resultados e Impacto Cumprir e superar metas de receita e volume de pallets de clientes. Ser referência em execução disciplinada e embaixador da CHEP no mercado, fortalecendo a percepção da empresa como parceira estratégica para seus clientes. Qualificações Essenciais Ensino Superior completo Experiência Experiência mínima de 5 anos em vendas B2B ou setores correlatos, com foco em resultados e execução. Experiência sólida vendas consultivas e desenvolvimento de negócios, especialmente com grandes empresas e contas estratégicas.
