Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Operations Manager to lead our accounting and payments processes, driving operational improvements across the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of accounting operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and data management. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing payroll and contractor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness, supervising invoicing and Accounts Receivable processes, maintaining healthy cash flow, leading the setup and optimization of financial tools like QuickBooks Online (QBO), Stripe, and Excel/Google Sheets for better financial visibility, collaborating with leadership to design and implement process improvements and automation initiatives, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial operations Hands-on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online (QBO) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Experience with SQL, LLMs (Large Language Models), or automation tools (nice to have) Experience in fast-paced startup or SaaS environments (nice to have) Availability to work in US time zones and start within 2 weeks from job offer Benefits This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
