We are looking for talent to join the team—let's work together The ideal candidate has a unique combination of technical experience, curiosity, logical and analytical mindset, proactivity, ownership, and a passion for teamwork. RequirementsSupporting applications running on Java in object-oriented design principles; Supporting using Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate; Supporting web development frameworks (Angular or React) Key criteria:Must be comfortable coding in Java, debugging API calls, writing quality-of-life snippets for clients, and creating scripts for debug tooling Must have a basic knowledge of UI and API integration Must be presentable to clients and a clear, empathetic communicator able to talk to clients and stakeholders with confidence Must be willing to execute support issues while also building out the function and automating the resolution of repeat issues Advanced English Responsibilities:Investigate and drive support resolution with senior external clients, internal stakeholders, and other engineering teams. Serve as a point of escalation for support issues from Helpdesk (L1) Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to ensure successful resolution of issues Develop and mature the SRE strategy for scalability, reliability, and performance Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating across teams as needed Work closely with engineering to resolve client issues Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents Improve processes and systems continuously to increase reliability Suggest improvements for the client experience, focusing on analytics Create documentation, runbooks, and code snippets for clients and teams BenefitsBrazilian legal benefits Paid vacation days Meal allowance Health insurance Life insurance This is a remote position, based in Brazil Seniority levelMid-Senior level Employment typeFull-time Job functionEngineering and IT IndustriesIT Services and Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
