Freelance SalesForce Expert - AI Trainer

Responsibilities
  • Define data scope, structure, and taxonomy: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Documents, Attachments, and relationships between them
  • Ensure logical and business consistency of data: realistic personas, multi-page/multi-format documents, typical scenarios across Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, etc
  • Advise on platform-specific nuances, including historical data, table relationships, and edge cases that may affect agent/model learning
  • Prepare, transform, and upload synthetic datasets to the platform, ensuring all entities, attachments, and metadata work correctly
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during data preparation and loading (attachments not uploading, versioning, API quirks, etc.)
  • Optionally, automate data generation, transformation, and validation using scripts or ETL processes

Requirements
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in any field with 3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above
  • SalesForce knowledge and Data Engineer / Data Analyst experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects and data structures (Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns, Opportunities, etc.) and Salesforce APIs
  • You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines
  • Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge
