We’re hiring a self-motivated, detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Creators Growth Team. Your focus will be on helping brands find the right creators and supporting creators' growth on the app. Requirements: 2+ years of experience with marketing and social media platforms, preferably in influencer marketing Speak English with full professional proficiency Understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram) and their main metrics Highly organized and able to work independently with superior attention to detail, excellent multitasking, and strong time management skills Analytical thinker who identifies problems, leverages data to drive solutions, and proactively takes initiative and ownership of projects Bonus Points: Up-to-date with social media and creator economy trends Experience in identifying the best creative talent based on campaign goals Knowledge of TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or UGC trends Responsibilities: Manage campaigns of self-service clients to ensure each campaign reaches onboarding goals Reach out to creators via email or other channels to achieve onboarding targets when necessary Shortlist best-fit creators for a campaign and a brand Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to provide and collect feedback about the campaigns’ behavior Track campaigns' performance, identify problematic areas, and implement corrective actions Proactively work with the Creator Acquisition Team to support identifying structural gaps in creator supply on the platform Contribute to team brainstorms and planning sessions, generate insights, and propose improvement ideas Research current trends and stay up to date with the creator economy market What We Offer: Forever remote role Salary in USD commensurate with your experience and location 15+ days off, US holidays, a bonus day each year, plus a festive end-of-year break Team retreats around the globe Global exposure: collaborate with clients and teams across the Americas & EMEA We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
