O Analista Operacional de Atendimento ao Cliente é responsável por garantir que a experiência de nossos clientes internos seja sempre positiva sempre que interagirem com o Centro de Atendimento Operacional (OCC). Especificamente, o Analista faz parte de uma equipe dentro do OCC, responsável pela interação direta com as Localizações de Atendimento ao Cliente (CCL), atendimento proativo, resolução de problemas, acompanhamento e interação com nossos colegas de atendimento ao cliente. How you create impact - Processar os arquivos de forma precisa, seguindo todas as políticas e procedimentos, enquanto mantém a visibilidade em tempo real das remessas.
- Monitorar, priorizar e equilibrar as necessidades específicas dos clientes diariamente, respondendo a consultas e solicitações por meio de múltiplos canais de comunicação.
- Colaborar com a equipe de processos do sistema para impulsionar a utilização da automação relacionada aos processos de Atendimento Operacional.
- Incluir todos os elementos do cliente em nossos sistemas e ferramentas operacionais principais, solicitando a criação/atualização de Perfil de Negócio.
- Colaborar com o time de Atendimento ao Cliente (CCL) para garantir o cumprimento dos compromissos com os clientes, analisando os relatórios de KPIs dos clientes, a fim de comunicar e auxiliar a CCL na implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas.
