As a crucial member of our Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify customer requirements and develop effective operational solutions to meet or exceed their needs.
- Provide timely updates to the Customer Care Specialist on any changes or risks impacting the 'customer promise.'
- Process import and export tasks within our operational system with accuracy and efficiency, minimizing delays due to missing or incorrect information.
- Collaborate with warehouse and trucking companies to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Communicate effectively with customs departments to facilitate correct documentation flow among areas.
- Work closely with various departments and key stakeholders within the organization to drive business success.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Instructions to document interactions among teams.
- Proactively monitor shipments, tracking milestones, and anticipate potential problems to keep clients informed accordingly.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
