Role Overview

This operational driver will serve as a subject matter expert for the organization, implementing strategic plans and ensuring compliance with local regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement business strategies according to HRBP guidelines, focusing on operational efficiency.
  • Manage adherence to Compliance/local regulations, identifying potential gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Legal COE teams on local legislation updates and employee relations matters.
  • Promote value-added services throughout the employee lifecycle, providing expertise support in HR compliance.
  • Identify process improvements and develop solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Foster innovation, simplification, and digitization to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Manage high-profile escalations through partnership with multiple teams, assessing root causes and implementing solutions to reduce escalations.
  • Strategically manage local vendor performance, including SOW and SLA establishment with benefits vendors.
  • Serve as a sounding board for HRBP and COE teams on case escalation related to specific business divisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with expertise in HR compliance and local regulations.

Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with additional certifications or training in HR management or compliance preferred.
