As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day needs of clients. This involves responding to quotations, creating RMA requests, processing orders, and resolving billing issues.
You will also be responsible for coordinating the assessment, evaluation, and troubleshooting of products throughout the repair and calibration process. Additionally, you will ensure timely follow-up on orders requiring additional client information or purchase orders.
To excel in this role, you will have experience in a Customer Care or Service Support position, preferably in an industrial setting. You should possess a strong understanding of complex commercial terms and the ability to support point-of-contact execution of contractual terms, including payment terms, incoterms, and T&Cs.
Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required, as well as prior experience utilizing SAP for quotation/order creation, invoicing, or material management. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, specifically with SAP and Microsoft Excel-based reports, are also essential.
