About the RoleThis position involves live chat engagement with customers, addressing their queries and providing tailored solutions or alternatives.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers through live chat, clarifying needs and offering personalized support.
- Serve as a liaison between headquarters and retail departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- A minimum of 1 year of prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment - retail or e-commerce background is preferred.
- Demonstrate process-oriented thinking, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exhibit exceptional English language skills in both verbal and written communications.
- Prior experience handling customer inquiries in English is required.
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls and showcase strong communication skills under pressure.
