We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers, internal sales teams, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and support.

\

About the Role

\

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and French (Canada). They will also possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer service and/or account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers\
  • Work closely with internal sales teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure timely and efficient order processing\
  • Collaborate with other departments, including finance and marketing, to drive business growth and improvement\
  • Identify opportunities to up sell and cross sell company products\
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate concerns as necessary\
  • Participate in meetings to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service\
  • Assist with other business areas as required, including back up support for other team members\
  • Approach customer concerns with an owner mindset to identify root causes and communicate with key stakeholders\
  • Actively participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge\
  • Promote and expand company products through effective communication and relationship building\
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that supports business goals and objectives\
  • Serve as a main point of contact for Sales Team for all issues relating to the order and distribution process\
  • Process orders timely and accurately making note of special instructions\
  • Accurate and timely reporting of Day-In-The-Life reports to ensure order to payment process is fulfilled\
  • Proactively seek feedback and coaching from management to improve performance and contribute to business success\
  • Support local holidays to cover different time zones shift times may end as late as 7:00pm Eastern Standard Time\
  • Ability to work to report to work on time and perform full shift\
  • High speed internet access for occasional work from home capabilities\
  • Computer literacy (SAP, SalesForce, Microsoft Office, Gmail and Google documents)\
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Should be able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines\
  • Action orientated - Should be able self-start and follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes with a willingness to learn\
  • Active listening skills - Ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objectives\
