About the Role:
As a Community Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing centre operations, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve strategic objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of awareness of centre operations, including staff availability, meeting room bookings, and equipment functionality.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and execute events, promotions, and other activities that drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
About You:
We are seeking an individual who is:
- A skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Confident in using MS Office and other basic IT packages to support centre operations.
- Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards continuous learning and development.
