
Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving customer inquiries, issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage allocated key accounts and regions, and provide back-up support to other regions
- Collaborate with sales, inside sales, and technical support teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement
- Interface with supply chain and engineering teams to coordinate shipments of material to meet customer requirements
- Coordinate services and goods inward and other departments as necessary to facilitate the return of material for repair or restock
Requirements:
- Higher education in administration, accounting, or economics
- Previous experience in direct customer interaction
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills and Portuguese fluency
- High level of motivation and ability to work under pressure
