Cost Management Specialist

">Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cost Management Specialist to lead our cost analysis and planning efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing costs, developing strategic plans, leading teams, and ensuring effective communication across departments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed cost analysis across departments and forecast future trends using statistical methods and business analytics tools.
  • Strategic Planning: Propose actionable cost-reduction strategies and monitor budget execution to ensure alignment with company goals and market insights.
  • Team Leadership: Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support team performance and continuous improvement, and develop tailored training programs to promote a collaborative team culture.
  • Project Execution: Prepare regular reports, maintain organized documentation, and lead project execution from planning to evaluation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Financial Management or Industrial Administration is a plus.
  • Solid experience in a similar industry, with strong hands-on field exposure.
  • Previous experience managing teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Solid experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
