- Build and close an opportunity pipeline to drive new revenue within the logistics solutions portfolio
- Lead internal pursuit teams and coordinate business development functions
- Conduct industry and target customer research, as well as competitor analysis
- Collaborate with all business and support functions to accomplish strategic goals
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in third-party logistics and/or supply chain management consulting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/account management within third-party logistics, Medical Device and Pharmaceuticals, or Ecommerce
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to lead meetings and make presentations to diverse audiences
- Ability to travel extensively across the U.S. and potentially Canada
- Knowledge of the medical device and pharmaceutical supply chains and regulations
- Demonstrated success in sales quota attainment
- Experience in managing complex negotiations resulting in win/win outcomes
- Proficiency in sales and marketing technologies such as Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Navigator
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and make strategic decisions
