Cloud Lead Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing cloud implementations and support, ensuring smooth issue resolution and collaboration with users.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financial Modules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud Financial Modules
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand and address their needs
  • Work closely with the Global Support team to ensure seamless issue resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Broad experience in cloud implementations and support
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financial Modules (AP, PO, AR, GL, TAX, CM, FA, Collection Modules)
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
