Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Products and Solutions - Overview
The Security Solutions team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Product and Services, to drive our security and solutions product strategy forward through innovation and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about products, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
- Supports teams in developing products and solutions by sharing knowledge of products, services, or platform capabilities within their defined market and/or segment.
- Collaborates with internal Mastercard teams to support the development of the CSC value proposition by analyzing customer needs and issues, and providing expertise on Mastercard's platforms, products, and services.
- Analyzes market trends and customer needs, communicating the latest insights to contribute to client solutioning.
- Tracks progress and reports on project plans and roadmaps.
- Supports the development of internal knowledge documents, such as case studies and industry best practices.
