We are hiring a Sales Director to own revenue growth across the West Coast region. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, managing complex healthcare sales cycles, and closing new business across clinics and health systems.
This role requires a true hunter mindset with a strong bias toward outbound activity and new logo acquisition Key Responsibilities Own end to end sales execution for the West Coast territory with a focus on new logo acquisition across clinics, hospitals, and health systems Proactively generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, targeted account outreach, events, and referrals Sell to a broad set of buyer personas including physicians, clinic operators, department chairs, hospital executives, IT, and finance leaders Lead fast moving, results driven sales processes for both private clinic groups and hospital systems Drive pilots, clinical evaluations, and conversions to commercial agreements Manage and accurately forecast pipeline using CRM tools Coordinate closely with AISAP’s clinical, product, and customer success teams during evaluations and deployments Represent AISAP at onsite demos, conferences, and executive level meetings Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets Why Join AISAP- AISAP is at an inflection point in its US expansion. This role offers the opportunity to own a critical region, close marquee clinic and health system accounts, and play a direct role in scaling adoption of AI powered ultrasound across both outpatient and inpatient care settings. You will work closely with leadership, influence commercial strategy, and help define howAISAP grows in the US market Required Qualifications 5 to 7 years of experience in a quota carrying sales role, with the majority of experienceselling healthcare technology Proven success selling into clinics, physician groups, hospitals, and health systems Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and close deals independently acrossdifferent care settings Experience managing complex healthcare sales cycles with urgency and discipline Strong executive presence with comfort engaging physicians and senior healthcareleadership Strong hunter mindset with urgency and persistence Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast growing, entrepreneurial environment Ability to operate autonomously with a high level of ownership and accountability Willingness to travel extensively across the Midwest region Preferred Qualifications Experience selling AI powered healthcare solutions Background in medical imaging, cardiology, or point of care ultrasound Understanding of clinic operations, hospital procurement, contracting, and compliance processes Reporting Structure This role reports to the GM US / VP of Sales.
