Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Full‑Cycle Recruitment – Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across both technical and non‑technical roles. Talent Strategy & Sourcing – Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates. Candidate Experience – Ensure a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience while enhancing Bitfinex’s reputation in the global talent market. Innovative Recruitment Practices – Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency. Collaboration with Hiring Teams – Work closely with department leads and executives to align hiring needs with business objectives. Data‑Driven Decision Making – Use recruitment analytics and KPIs to track success and optimize strategies. What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, covering both technical and non‑technical roles. Global recruitment experience, with the ability to source, attract, and engage talent across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of the latest recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems, and passive candidate engagement strategies. Experience in fast‑paced environments and a data‑driven mindset, using recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies. Preferred: CET timezone flexibility or willingness to be flexible. Preferred: Previous experience within the cryptocurrency or blockchain space.
