A KC está buscando um HR Consultant alocado em São Paulo**Responsabilidades**:Contribuir para a estratégia de negócios ajudando os líderes de negócios a identificar, priorizar e construir capabilities, comportamentos, estruturas efetivas e processos organizacionais.Desenvolver, implementar e acompanhar as estratégias de gestão de pessoas em vendas, seguindo as práticas e políticas de RH, visando a atração e engajamento dos colaboradores, capacitação e desenvolvimento, gestão de performance e gestão de clima organizacional.**Competências**:- Visão de negócio;- Pensamento Estratégico - Capacidade de desenvolver e contribuir com estratégia geral dos negócios;- Data Driven;- Compreensão clara e expandida da conexão entre talento e outras iniciativas de RH que estejam conectadas com a estratégia do negócio;- Capacidade de identificar novas maneiras liderar e impulsionar a estratégia de negócios;- Capacidade de coletar e sintetizar e analisar dados;- Capacidade de reconhecer e identificar tendências com o objetivo de desenvolver recomendações com base na análise de dados;- Capacidade de envolver, inspirar e influenciar pessoas;- Team Player eficaz e bom networker;- Fortes habilidades interpessoais, de comunicação e relacionamento;- Conhecimento significativo de políticas, processos de RH (por exemplo, workforce Planning, gestão de talentos) e práticas de gestão de talentos e engajamento.**Requisitos**:Superior completoIdioma - Inglês avançado e espanhol intermediário (desejável)**Global VISA and Relocation Specifications**:**Primary Location**Brazil -Sao Paulo**Additional Locations****Worker Type**Employee**Worker Sub-Type**Regular**Time Type**Full time
