Job Title Coordinator, Anti-Piracy/Content Protection Reports to Senior Manager, Global Content Protection Department Global Commercial Services Location Brazil Application Language Interested candidates are invited to submit their resumes in English. Job Description We provide support to our label and territory partners in rights management, optimization, and content protection to ensure maximum revenue opportunities at our commercial digital partners. Your Role We’re looking for someone who thrives on searching the depths of the internet to find when and where unreleased music first pops up. This person will help our artists maintain control of their release plans and will be the next piece in building a world‑class anti‑piracy unit. What You’ll Get to Do Monitor and protect all forms of Warner Music Group’s intellectual property, including audio, video, physical products, merchandise, and virtual properties. Support LatAm region/territory commercial & digital teams on proactive best practices and leak response. Manage the WMG Content Protection inbox and coordinate with team coverage across time zones. Coordinate priority releases on a weekly basis with third‑party anti‑piracy services. Work with label partners on priority release schedules. Create and respond to leak alerts for infringing uploads. Support leadership on special projects such as researching platforms that infringe on WMG’s intellectual property. About You Strong attention to detail. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Learn, dissect, and implement new processes, procedures, or concepts quickly. Stay organized, on task, and self‑motivated. Think quickly on your feet and work well independently. Excellent written and oral communication skills. English business fluency (written and verbal). Comfort with Google Enterprise products (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms) and Microsoft Office Services (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Desired Experience At least 1 year of experience with digital operations, account management, or DSP data. College degree preferred.
