An experienced Operations and Executive Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting leadership and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Weekly and Daily Planning : Lead regular check-ins to align priorities and manage task lists in workflow management tools. Manage the founder's schedule, logistics, and meeting flow through digital calendars. Meeting Prep and Research : Prepare comprehensive briefs with relevant background information and context. Conduct research to support business development or decision-making, distilling long content into actionable notes. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role supporting leadership or founders. Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, discretion, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
