Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $160,000 per year Eligibility for bonuses and equity grants Remote‑friendly and flexible work culture Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs Professional development opportunities for all employees Great Place to Work Certified™ across the globe What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead a team of enterprise renewal specialists supporting the enterprise field sales team with the renewal sales process Manage timely and accurate quoting of renewals while ensuring proper KPIs and reporting are in place Collaborate with sales leadership on deal support activities and act as an escalation point of contact Implement automated workflows for quoting requests and monitor team effectiveness Document complex quote structures and ensure adherence to globally consistent processes What is Required (Qualifications): 6+ years of experience in managing Renewals Specialists, Deal Support, Contract Management, or Customer Success teams Relevant industry experience in High Tech or SaaS Previous experience managing SaaS Subscription renewals process Proficiency with MS Excel and experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ Exceptional communication skills demonstrated through various mediums How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Ability to lead projects and tasks, both within function and cross‑functionally Experience with the Annual Recurring Revenue business model Tech‑savvy with a strong interest in fast‑paced environments Ability to balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly Extreme attention to detail and highly organized #J-18808-Ljbffr
