What we're looking for

As PPC Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of multiple brands and markets within the Amazon ad console and third-party tools.

Responsibilities

Autonomous Brand and Market Management:

  • Create and Optimize PPC campaigns for multiple brands and markets (US & EU) in close collaboration with the brand managers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize traffic, efficiency, and sales on Amazon.

Campaign Management and Bidding Optimization:

  • Proficiently handle various Amazon campaign types.
  • Utilize third-party bidding and structuring tools to optimize campaigns at scale.

Knowledge and Industry Awareness:

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and changes within Amazon PPC and the broader e-commerce landscape.
  • Apply industry insights to test innovative and effective PPC strategies.

Reporting and KPIs:

  • Comfortably navigate and interpret complex performance reports.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve KPI's such as TACOS, ACOS, and revenue targets.

Proactive Communication:

  • Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Problem Solving:

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and optimize campaigns.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon PPC tools, features, and campaign structures.
  • Experience with third-party bidding and structuring tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactive communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
