Senior Business Analyst Role Overview The Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in the design team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver high-impact features for sales, marketing, and billing functions. On a typical day, you will: Conduct thorough assessments of business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend strategic technical solutions and workarounds. Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding. Develop detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories) that capture the essence of each requirement. Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles, ensuring seamless execution. Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage to guarantee the quality of delivered features. Present live product demonstrations and prepare release notes for end users, showcasing the value of new features. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement through effective sprint planning, communication, and retrospectives. Contribute to change management by documenting processes, providing training, and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
