**Job Description Summary**:
- This position intends to support the Sales and Application Engineering teams with customer contact activities, follow ups, manage market intelligence data of GE Power Conversion portfolio (LATAM P&L) and prepare proposals for Spare Parts of our rotating machinery installed base.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- _Customer Relationship Management_
- _Acquire new customer base and follow up existing opportunities_
- _Management of sales and marketing campaigns, generating performance reports to guide strategy._
- _Support the Sales team in prospecting opportunities and following up on proposals for the entire scope of Rotating Machines and Power Electronics._
- _Develop and present technical and commercial proposals for the supply/manufacture of spare parts for medium voltage motors and generators in order to meet customer needs with solutions that add value to their business, on time, with quality, performance, safety and costs. competitive._
- _Maintain an interface with the Engineering department, in order to validate what can be offered to customers in proposals that involve projects with special characteristics._
- _Carry out the transition from the sale made to the Contract Administration area, specifying all the information related to the scope of the approved proposals._
- _Support the Application Engineering team in the consultation of suppliers, seeking greater competitiveness for the preparation of proposals to customers._
**Required Qualifications**
- _Bachelor of Engineering from an accredited college or university;_
- _Previous experience in external calls and customer service_
- _Previous experience in rotating machinery and /or power electronics portfolio_
- _Strong marketing, commercial and negotiation skills._
- _Good verbal and written communication;_
- _Fluent English (writing and speaking)_
- _Familiarity with MS Office, advanced Excel;_
- _Fulfillment of the client's commitment: responsibility, monitoring, ability to align stakeholders_
