Join our dynamic photography project as a Customer Onboarding Agent. What you will do Assist new photographers throughout registration, portfolio submission, and onboarding. Guide creators on portfolio status, identify missing elements, and suggest enhancements. Encourage activation by helping creators understand the system and complete their first mission. Re‑engage inactive or hesitant creators during registration and onboarding. Monitor progress and report common obstacles. Securely handle customers' sensitive information. Maintain current knowledge of our client’s products and services. What you need to succeed in this role Exceptional English proficiency (C2 level, written and spoken). Experience in the foodtech industry. Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. Excellent project‑management skills. Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously. Experience handling data in Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivot tables). Strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt quickly, act with urgency, and maintain clear, accurate task tracking. Personal laptop or computer (at least 8 GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps‑download, 40 Mbps‑upload). Will be a great plus Experience with HubSpot.
