Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and faculty departments to ensure contract language complies with policies and regulations. Coordinate contract review, negotiate terms, and oversee finalization of all contracts binding the university. Maintain contractual databases, monitor performance, and handle change orders, settlements, and contract terminations. Provide training and guidance on contract compliance, grant administration, and contractual best practices. Respond to inquiries, protests, and congressional inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Assist in preparing training manuals and documentation for ongoing contracts training. Promote adherence to the Health Sciences Compliance Program, ethics code, and standards of conduct. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in an academic or healthcare environment, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience with Workday and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR) is a plus. Certifications such as CPCM, CFCM, Certified Research Administrator, or CPSM preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of government contracting, tuition administration, budget policies, and accounting principles. Strong project management, interpersonal, communication, and customer‑service skills. Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, word‑processing, and presentation software.
