About Our Company:We're a top e-commerce scaling engine, managing $150M+ in ad spend and scaling 100+ brands. We've built a culture of high-performance and fast execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop & execute full-funnel strategies across Google Ads & YouTube for fast-growing DTC brands. Lead account audits, scaling roadmaps, and creative testing cycles. Scale PMAX and YouTube campaigns, optimize Shopping & Search, and unlock cold traffic profitability. Guide clients on ad creative (scripts, angles, formats), funnel structure, CRO, and landing page strategy. Direct landing page & advertorial builds (listicles, quizzes, VSLs). Provide weekly performance reviews, client education, and action plans. Requirements: Scaled brands from $10k/month to $100k-$500k+ spend levels while maintaining ROAS. Hands-on experience managing $1M+/month in Google/YouTube ad spend. Built successful YouTube campaigns and tested hooks, CTAs, and audiences. Deeply analytical, fast-moving, and thrive on performance-based environments. Communicate with DTC founders, speak their language, and lead strategic direction. Worked in or alongside high-level CRO & creative testing environments.
