We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Event Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves collaboration, and brings creativity and precision to every project.
Events & Logistics:- Manage all aspects of an event from pre-planning, resource needs, pre-event marketing, on-site coordination, to post-event follow-up
- Order supplies needed for events and ensure timely delivery
- Assist in site and vendor selection, negotiating rates and terms
- Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Supervise suppliers at events, assign duties, and provide direction
- Support senior sales teams and representatives in developing new products
- Create and improve products to support sales objectives
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Basic experience managing all aspects of events
- Strong organizational skills for supply management and timely delivery
- Leadership skills to supervise staff and assign responsibilities
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Experience in site and vendor selection, negotiation skills
- Support sales teams in product development
- Creativity and initiative in product creation and improvement
