About You We are looking for a Commercial Director with a strong hunter mindset to drive revenue growth through strategic digital sponsorships, partnerships, and monetisation of our media and IP assets. We want a results‑driven sales leader with proven experience in the sports and digital sector, skilled in managing and closing deals with sports sponsors and leveraging sports IP for commercial impact. Main Responsibilities Lead Commercial Strategy: Own development and execution of the commercial partnerships strategy, aligning with overall business objectives and brand vision to ensure YOY increase in revenue. Drive Revenue Growth: Own the revenue targets of your region. Identify, approach, and close high‑value deals with sports sponsors, agencies, and media partners, focusing on long‑term value and strategic alignment. Monetise Sports IP: Lead sponsored content and branded partnership opportunities by creatively leveraging our unique sports assets across digital, live, and broadcast formats. Global Collaboration: Partner with internal commercial leads and cross‑functional teams to identify and activate high‑impact, multi‑market revenue opportunities. Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in sports sponsorship, entertainment, and digital media to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Requirements 10+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development or strategic partnerships within the sports and entertainment sector. Proven track record of closing high‑value deals and driving revenue growth. Strong network of contacts within sports brands and digital agencies. Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and perform in fast‑paced and demanding environments. Fluent in Portuguese and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
