About you

We are looking for a Commercial Director with a strong hunter mindset to drive revenue growth through strategic digital sponsorships, partnerships, and monetization of our media and IP assets. We want a results-driven sales leader with proven experience in the sports and digital sector, skilled in managing and closing deals with sports sponsors and leveraging sports IP for commercial impact.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead Commercial Strategy: Own development and execution of the commercial partnerships strategy, aligning with overall business objectives and brand vision ensuring YoY increase in revenue.

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Own the revenue targets of your region. Identify, approach, and close high-value deals with sports sponsors, agencies, and media partners, with a focus on long-term value and strategic alignment.

  • Monetize Sports IP: Lead sponsored content and branded partnership opportunities by creatively leveraging our unique sports assets across digital, live, and broadcast formats.

  • Global Collaboration: Partner with internal commercial leads and cross-functional teams to identify and activate high-impact, multi-market revenue opportunities.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in sports sponsorship, entertainment, and digital media to identify emerging opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development or strategic partnerships within the sports and entertainment sector.

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth

  • Strong network of contacts within sports brands, and digital agencies.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and perform in fast-paced and demanding environments.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. 

  • Availability to work on-site at our Guarulhos office 2–3 days per week is required.
