
Access Value Manager

Estamos procurando uma pessoa para atuar como Access Value Manager. Nesta função, você será responsável por comunicar as proposições de valor da área terapêutica prioritária e desenvolver projetos em parceria com stakeholders estratégicos do ecossistema de saúde brasileiro, com foco em operadoras de planos de saúde. Esta função trabalhará diretamente na equipe de Value & Access.

**Principais responsabilidades da função**:
Implementar a estratégia de acesso no campo, junto aos diferentes stakeholders estratégicos do sistema de saúde suplementar;
Comunicar efetivamente a proposta de valor da área terapêutica prioritária para os stakeholders do sistema de saúde suplementar;
Criar e implementar o plano de engajamento para a área terapêutica prioritária;
Contribuir positivamente com os times cross-funcionais estratégicos e de campo para alcançar os objetivos da empresa.
**Requisitos essenciais para essa vaga**:
- Conhecimento do ecosssitema de saúde brasileiro e dinâmica do sistema de saúde suplementar;
- Experiência profissional com acesso e/ou gestão em saúde;
- Capacidade de trabalhar colaborativamente com equipes multidisciplinares em campo;
- Experiência previa no campo como Consultor Técnico, MSL, outros;
- Inglês intermediário
**Você se destacará se tiver**:
- Trabalho prévio de campo com operadoras de saúde;
- Experiência profissional em operadoras de saúde;
- Experiência profissional ou acadêmica com avaliação de tecnologias em saúde;
- Pós-graduação em áreas relacionadas à gestão e valor em saúde.
